Her work as an intentional visual artist began as an expression of her experience of chronic ill-health and expanded as a way of inviting others into her inner space, life and thoughts.
She also has experience teaching in the tertiary system but now primarily channels this into offering a range of workshops focusing on The Moments of Rest Project workshops that invite others into creativity as a space of rest and recovery.
 

She is currently based in Melbourne, Australia.
